Born in a home kitchen, built for bakers everywhere.

FrostedFlake began when two pastry-obsessed friends grew tired of hunting down quality couverture and heirloom flours across a dozen specialty shops. We wanted one place that felt like stepping into a beloved neighbourhood bakery — warm, honest, and obsessed with ingredients.

Today we partner with small mills, fair-trade cacao cooperatives, and independent spice merchants to bring you pantry staples worthy of your most ambitious weekend project. Every product is tasted, tested, and packed with the same care we'd use for our own family table.

Whether you're laminating your first croissant or perfecting a chocolate chip cookie, we're here to make sure what goes in the bowl is as beautiful as what comes out of the oven.
